• Question: What condition does Stephen Hawking have?

      Its thought he has motor neurone disease, or maybe ALS.
      If so, he seems to have survived it much better than most sufferers.
      He has done amazing work despite this handicap, and is obviously a very determined individual.

      What Julian said… He’s certainly one of the best minds in modern science, his book ‘A brief history of time’ is a good read! I like that he has a brilliant sense of humour too – he’s been on the Simpsons and recently Monty Python with Brian Cox 😀
