      Definitely, in my opinion.
There are some things that humans can do in these situations that robots and machines just can’t.
They can spot interesting things to investigate, follow hunches, make repairs and so on, all things its very difficult to do with machines.
I’d also like to see humanity spread out from the Earth and inhabit the Moon, Mars, asteroids and other places.

Definitely! I think the main issue is money, governments don’t seem so keen to spend on space exploration these days, which is really sad. We’ve gained many new technologies as a bi-product of missions into space, and I think it’s a key part of being human – to explore, to push the boundaries of what is possible, to want to find out where we came from and why our solar system is like it is. Let’s hope there is much more investment in science and technology in the coming years!

I think we should definitely have more space missions to land on the moon or other planets. The Rosettaa mission this week to land on a comment show how impressive space exploration and landing can be. I think trying to land on another planet would be really exciting too.
