There are hundreds of billions of stars in every galaxy, and also billions of galaxies. So … lots!!!

We don’t know exactly, but there are about 100 billion stars in our galaxy, and there are about 2,000 billion galaxies in the universe. So if each galaxy has roughly that number of stars, we have somewhere near a 100 sextillion stars overall.
The 1 with 23 zeros after it. Too many for anyone to count!
